**_ How you'll make your mark:_**
- _ Provide professional solutions to the company end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence._
- _ Provide an escalation link for the company field employees, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with the company and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel._
- _ Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope._
- _ Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience._
- _ Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts._
- _ Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters._

About you:_**
- **_ Currently enrolled in University Bachelor's (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) At least in the 5th semester of the University with a focus in: Administration, Economics, Systems & Administration OR equivalent_**:

- _ 0-1 years of overall experience_
- _ Excellent verbally and writing skills in English are _**_REQUIRED _**:

- _Basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations. Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills._
- _ Demonstrated _writing/correspondence_ skills._
- _ Still studying (Communication, Business Administration or Economics with emphasis on Marketing/ Sales)_
- _ Communicative, a team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking_
