**What will you do?
**
This position will report to the Order Management Team Leader and will have no direct reports.
- Process incoming orders to verify all information required to complete clean order process
- Coordinates customer urgencies and claims with the multifunctional team starting with the scheduling and production release
- Collaborates with internal and external customers to meet requirement demands
- Drives the monthly production planning of the business with the multifunctional team
- Monitor, control and negotiate with customer the forecast accuracy
- Analyzes the customer forecast and incoming orders
- Assists in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Identifies and resolves semi-complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations
- Active participation on SO&P meetings with customers
**What will you need to succeed?
**
- Bachelor in Administration, International Business, Engineering such as Industrial or related
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
- English Advanced (Conversational)
- MS Office (Excel)
- Tableau, PowerBI
- SAP is desirable
