Order Management Specialist

**Purpose of the position**:

- Order management specialists are responsible for all aspects of order processing.
Manages VP orders and aligns with PP on priorities set by customer.
**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Receives requests on priorities from customer and communicates to rest of teams involved for follow up and closure.
- Monitors aging orders and follows up with production team on status and reports status to customer.
- Follow up with production tracker teams for order completion.
- Confirm illegal orders and request cancellation with customer.
- Monitor orders currently on material shortage with obsolete part numbers for confirmation on supply or cancellation.
- Monitor orders under quality hold determined by customer and follow up with teams for resolution.
- Customer Service 3 year.
