Eaton's PSD Power Systems Division division is currently seeking a Order Services Specialist.**What you'll do**:- The Order Service Specialist will enter customer orders into SAP system in an accurate and timely manner, while maintaining quality standards and meeting the expectations of the customer and product groups, communicating & coordinating with Inside Sales Reps, Sales Engineers, Proposal Analysts, Schedulers, Finance and Shipping teams across the organization to secure customer and organization requirements are being met.- Job Responsibilities- List the main functions of the role, being clear and concise (avoid using abbreviations, use short sentences, stress what is unique, emphasize what makes your job and organization special). If this is a re-evaluation of an existing role, highlight the job responsibilities that are new to the role.- "- Timely and accurate order entry into SAP (including but not limiting customer orders such as ZOR, ZKB,ZKE, Intercompany orders ZIC, ZID, Warranty orders ZWAR & RMA, No Charge Orders ZFD, Credit ZCR, Debit ZCR) that meets the requirements of our customers and product groups- Order clarification - part of factories ISO processes for catching errors before production begins. Identify purchase order pricing or quantity discrepancies, quotation or blanket validity date expirations.- Maintain customer master data; Ship to's, Partner Relationships, Header Text, Customer Material Info Record- Add pricing conditions to sales orders for sales credit and commission payments, as required- Resolve discrepancies with product groups or ISR- Verify distributor territory restrictions and other agreements- EDI Specialists to focus on process function, rectify errors, and work with Marketing Services/ERP EDI team to generate improvements as needed.- Provides direction and solutions on process improvements, lead project teams and serve as team member for special projects to drive continuous improvement and the team's performance.LI-DS1**Qualifications**:Bacherlor DegreeOne year supporting customers in a manufacturing environment**Skills**:SAP, English skills, Microsoft officeCustomer service oriented, commitment, strong communication skillsWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
