CDMXAbout the Role:The O2C - TCM Team Lead will be responsible to ensure customer satisfaction through high level service delivery in Collections, Credit & Treasury process specific KPIs as well as operational excellence in daily tasks and high contribution to team success.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- The O2C - TCM Lead will be responsible for the Collections, Credit & Treasury of the largest countries within the Candean Region for both, Innovative Medicine and Sandoz Business Units, and will work as an ally to the CFO to assure the recovery of the accounts in due time to assure the cash flow that allows the achievement of the Business objectives and to accomplish Novartis purpose.- Supervise the operations of the Collection, Credit and Treasury Specialists. Regular review of statement of accounts.- Ensure customer invoices and statements are accurate, credit memos are promptly issued, disputes are promptly resolved, and customer payments are promptly and accurately posted Manage reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items identified.- Reconcile revenue deductions and align with R2R to ensure accurate accounting of these deductions Continuously collaborate with Commercial Operations in order to understand the right assumptions to use in estimating and recording accruals- Maintain good relationship with the HUB and TCS to ensure productivity, continuous process improvement and seamless- Supports transitions and knowledge transfer, monitoring critical deliverables.- Resolve all escalated issues and dispute in accordance with LSI Collaborates with key stakeholders, including accounting authorities/auditors Act as System Key User**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Role Requirements**- University degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance.
