**Order Validation Specialist**:

Lead a team of specialists who provide internal and external customers support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance). Oversee customer support process, definition, implementation, and execution in order to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Sales Support Manager - Customer support
**Your responsibilities**:
- Order Entry. Correct order entry and order entry parameters (RA Keys, Right sales order costing, item costing, etc.).
- Invoicing process. Ensure correct invoicing process in SAP, strictly following USGAAP and AR&G revenue recognition principles.
- Commercial bonds. In coordination with project management support the issuance of commercial bonds for 3rd related parties.
- Support cash collection. In coordination with GBS, project management ensure the on-time collection of invoiced orders.
- ABACUS Reporting. In charge of Division reporting backlog and order received for ABACUS, ensuring all reporting codes are reported correctly in a timely fashion.
- Administrative tasks. Support other administrative and accounting activities such as (creation of ad-hoc journal entries, approval of purchase orders, follow up on documentation for specific tax purposes).
**Your background**:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.
- One year of experience in similar position.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing, Cost Accounting and Finance.
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) FICO Model, OFFICE, Advanced Excel.
- Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic and excellent customer service attitude.
- Advanced English.
