Job Desccription:The Organizational Design & Capacity Specialist will provide business analysis support to new markets and guidance to client needs/requests, also works closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of expected solutions.
This includes conducting in-depth client requirement reviews and contributing to the development of business cases for review, track approval and implementation.Offers expertise to support optimization of organizational structure, design, process, and strategy.
Drives a data-driven approach for organization assessment and direction-setting.?Personally manage new organization design projects, fostering the development of capabilities, operating models, and structures needed to support the execution of business strategy.
?Conduct organizational analysis to understand root causes to organizational performance issues and opportunities using key data elements such as span of control, attrition, etc., including recommendations and benchmarks.
?Collaborate with HRBPs / Business Leaders to review current organizational structures and measures; build plans to support vital changes for enterprise and functional long-term strategies.
?Follow up the current teams Productivity / workload with support of Process Mining tech ToolsReports in a Quarterly basis Productivity to Management teamsKnowledge/Skills:Established time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.Executive presentations and project reporting experience is necessary.Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced services environment.
Able to work in ambiguous situations.Analytical capabilities with the ability to augment quantitative analyses with qualitative inputs, bringing forward actionable insights for HR and business leaders.? )Experience:2+ years progressive professional experience in a related field utilizing analytics and visualization tools to improve business outcomes; Cross-functional experience is desired.Education:Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.MBA, MA or CPA (preferred)PMI, PMP Certification (desirable)Training preferred (Six Sigma, Agile etc.
