We are searching for the best talent for **Organizational Development and Project Management Specialist **to be in Juarez, Salvarcar.
**Purpose**:
The position will be supporting the Organizational Development Director in the design of the operational model for manufacturing to support the accelerated growth of BWI.
This role will be responsible for the project management activities and supporting the organizational design activities.
Will also be supporting HR related activities and change management initiatives from the new organizational design.

- Support the conduction of comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures, processes, workflows, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide input to the organizational design solutions aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Support the designing of change management strategies to smoothly transition the organization through structural changes.
- Organizing, planning, and attending the organizational design sessions
- Managing the project plan and its activities providing regular updates
- Setting up the update meetings with key stakeholders as per governance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and alignment with proposed changes.
- Coordinate with Global Services any system changes required from the new organization and confirm accuracy and timeliness
- Monitoring the effectiveness of organizational changes and suggest adjustments as needed.
- Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations with business areas to align with new model.
- Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other relevant social sciences.
- Seven years of HR experience, some of which should be in supply chain or manufacturing.
- Have participated in organizational development interventions from diagnosis to implementation, including job analysis and job descriptions.
- Demonstrated success in project management.
- Proven success in change management interventions.
- Demonstrated excellence in process facilitation.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly build credibility.
- Advanced collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
- Travel about 25% of the time
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Statistical Tools).
