Organic Growth Manager

As an ORGANIC GROWTH MANAGER, you will lead transfer and localization projects that guarantee an economic and strategic benefit for PPG. You will design comprehensive processes to achieve the best organic growth for the operation, according to global strategies to reduce complexity and ensure that PPG is positioned as the leader in each of the business segments in which it has a presence in Mexico.

You will report to the Operations Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will manage the projects under your responsibility always manufacturing technologies available in the market and with suppliers to ensure competitiveness and keep us at the state-of-the-art.
- Lead a team to maintain reliable and available plant capacity for Agile and assertive decision-making at management level.
- Manage the strategic growth of the facilities in Mexico according to the needs of the market, our customers and according to global guidelines.
- Collaborate as a team with Commercial, Manufacturing, and different local and regional managers to define the best LayOut for future organic growth projects in the Mexican facilities.
- To guarantee the success of our local and export customers by ensuring that the PAC process is completed promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in different areas of OEM paint manufacturing and design.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of IATF regulations and main quality specifications for OEM customers.
- PHA leader certification.
- Technical, manufacturing and design knowledge in dispersion, milling and mixing for paint manufacturing.
- Budget management.
