This is a unique opportunity to become the heart of our internal innovation engine.**THE OPPORTUNITY**As our **Organizational Change Management Specialist**, you will be responsible to lead the operational implementation of change management services to deliver an excellent experience during times of change.You will execute change management and communications activities to support the adoption of new processes and technologies to help achieve our digital ambitions and an exceptional end user experience.You will lead the preparation of change management assets based on a defined strategic approach, manage, and monitor change and suggest reinforcements to support the transition.**Responsibilities**Deliver change and communication services to support change and provide exceptional people experience. Services include, but are not limited to:- End to end change and communication services for digital technology implementations,- Monitor change based on process data and additional gathered information and track effectiveness through standard KPI's,- Manage and execute training within data, digital & technology programs, including material, effectiveness, approach, TNA, curriculum, Learning Management System etc.,- Identify, mitigate, and manage organizational processes, systems, and data changes,- Execute defined communication and engagement activities,- Work and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement with C&C methods (e.G., lessons learned, user feedback, RCA's etc.),- Support internal collaboration and capability building, provide guidance and oversight to colleagues and stakeholders.**Required Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.G
