Overview:
As an Organizational Development Analyst, will help in the creation of digital content that allows us to reach operational personnel for organizational culture and training, as well as administrative controls for the creation of improvement indicators.
**Job Description**:
- Design and execution of annual communication plan and communication campaigns for Mexico focused on organizational culture and HR support programs such as benefits program, recruitment campaigns, etc for office and production employees.
- Creation of digital content of operations processes for Mexico for unionized personnel, for each site based on the Standard Operation Procedures with the purpose of supporting the supervisor with the training of new employees and changes in processes.
- Creation of digital content for administrative employees regarding our Way of working methodology in English and Spanish.
- Digitization of onboarding materials for unionized personnel in Mexico to ensure understanding of policies and processes for new operational employees.
- Support in the implementation of the leadership program for Mexico through the creation of digital content and didactic material, as well as support in the facilitation and follow-up of post-course activities and course evaluations, the program benefits about 220 office employees
- Support in the administration of the national English program that currently has 70 students, following up on the compliance of the policy, generation of reports, registrations, and cancellations in the platform according to the policy.
- Administration and organization of the digital documentation of the entire talent management and succession plan process for Mexico including evaluations, formats, exams, etc.
To present the results of the process in a clear way and to be able to follow up on each of the individual development plans.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline required.
- Minimum five (2) years of experience working in organization development, leadership development, or related disciplines.
- Advanced English is required
- This position is temporary for 6 months

- Creation of Digital content such as videos, posters and general visuals
- Creation of content for Articulate 360°
- Corporate Communication articles
- Translation of learning material and corporate documents
