This role is essential for identifying training needs, enhancing skill development, and understanding both engineering and administrative challenges within the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Operations and HR departments to ensure training programs are effective, relevant, and aligned with the company's objectives.Key Responsibilities:Training Needs Analysis: Work closely with both the Operations and HR departments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.Training Program Development & Delivery: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that address technical engineering skills as well as administrative competencies. Ensure programs meet the evolving needs of the workforce.Collaboration Across Teams: Act as the primary liaison between the Operations and HR departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on training initiatives, ensuring programs are both administratively sound and technically relevant.Engineering Knowledge Integration: Leverage engineering knowledge to assess and address specific technical training needs, ensuring training programs are aligned with industry standards and the specific requirements of operations teams.Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and update training programs regularly to ensure they remain current with new technologies, engineering trends, and organizational changes.Metrics & Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of training programs, analyze results, and provide reports to leadership on program effectiveness and employee development.Support Organizational Development Initiatives: Assist in the broader organizational development strategy, focusing on skill development, employee engagement, and overall performance improvement.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development, training, or a related field, ideally within a technical or engineering-focused environment.Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and their application to workplace training and skill development
