Our overall company goals are supported by our culture & development program focusing on what it means to #beAdvancio.Oversee talent development programs, culture initiatives, and talent engagement.Main point of contact with HR TEAM and production leads to gather, centralize, and optimize employee experience to ensure we attract and retain the best fit talent for our clientsSupervising a team, while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors, helping to prioritize short- and long-term objectives.**Requirements**:For this position you need to have experience in the following:- Degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.- Minimum 3 years' experience in the technology field is a must.- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Management- Minimum 1+ years' experience in leadership- Proven experience in one or all areas of: Human Resources, event planning, Psychology, and Organizational Behavior.- Advanced English (written and spoken).- Use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint is of particular use.- Organized and detail-oriented. An articulate and extremely strong communicator- Ability to multitask and meet various deadlines.- Emotional intelligence. He or she should be able to connect with employees on an emotional level, and be a people person.- Availability to work on site at Ensenada, Baja California office periodically.- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Solid working knowledge of HR compliance laws and regulations.- Ability to foresee possible issues and troubleshoot them proactively.**Responsibilities**If you get accepted your day-to-day activities and responsibilities would look like:- Help plan and execute corporate events in support of the internal cultural initiatives of the company. Examples of types of programs would include: advancio Incubator, Birthday Programs, Anniversary Programs, Trainings, Summer Company Outing, Holiday Party, Intern/Co-op Program, University Visits and Monthly Culture Events.- Manage company events calendar posting employee events and internal promotional campaigns
