Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization. Collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions that support organizational growth and development. Provides coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development. Collaborates with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives. Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.
