**Summary/Objective**The OD Specialist is responsible for planning, designing, and executing programs related to the development and support of individuals, teams, and the organization.
This position is part of the Organizational Development team within the Corporate Human Resources department.
The OD Specialist plays an essential role in assisting with change management, leadership initiatives, OD interventions, situation awareness, process improvements, communication efficiencies, and effectiveness of OD practices in all CORE Mexico sites.
This role can be based at either our Monterrey Plant or Matamoros Plant.
**Essential Functions**- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions._- Partner with corporate, HR, and local leaders to develop comprehensive talent and organizational development processes for managers and frontline leaders.- Coach employees on leadership and talent development best practices.- Assist with the creation of succession plans using a nine-box matrix.- Help design and organize professional development programs for high potentials and high achievers.Conduct training needs assessments for managers and frontline employees.- Track and coordinate activities to effectively conduct and collect data from 360-degree evaluations, employee engagement surveys, succession planning, pulse surveys, etc.- Coordinate all efforts related to employee development, performance management, and the HRIS system.- Design and deliver training curriculum as needed for new leaders, frontline supervisors, managers, etc.- Maintain and analyze evaluation/course data and produce monthly reports with OD KPIs.- Coordinate and host training programs, workshops, conferences, and events.- Create a calendar of events for all Mexico sites to maintain a continuous learning environment and prevent training conflicts.- Update digital communication boards with corporate and local development content.- Create and submit monthly reports regarding internal training initiatives, participant progress, compliance, program implementation, and coaching.- Build collaborative relationships with site-specific vital stakeholders to support OD strategies and implementation across all Mexico facilities.- Provide project support for key initiatives as well as for essential entities within Corporate HR.- Conduct personality/ thinking assessments as needed and share reviewed results with employees.
