**Job summary.**The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing organizational development strategies to support the company's goals, enhance employee engagement, and optimize talent and organizational effectiveness. The OD Specialist works closely with HR, leadership teams, and other departments to assess development needs, provide solutions, and implement change initiatives.**Main responsibilities.**- Conduct assessments to evaluate organizational health, employee engagement, and development needs.- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs that align with business goals and address identified skill gaps.- Facilitate leadership development and coaching programs to support management and high-potential employees.- Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition in processes, systems, or structural changes.- Develop change management strategies and support employees through transitions by addressing concerns and fostering engagement.- Design programs and initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.- Collaborate with Talent Manager and leadership to promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.- Enhance performance management processes to ensure alignment with company objectives and employee development.- Support the development and implementation of succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in key roles.- Identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.- Assess and implement learning initiatives that foster employee growth and align with organizational objectives.- Measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives by tracking performance metrics, employee feedback, and business outcomes.- Prepare reports and presentations for HR and leadership to communicate insights, recommendations, and program success.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, or a similar role.- Knowledge of OD tools, performance management, and employee engagement best practices.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.- Certification in OD, Change Management, is a plus.- Fluent conversational level of English.- Valid visa to travel US.**Key Skills**:- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.- Proficiency in data analysis and HR systems.- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 a la semanaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
