Job Title: Outbound Call SpecialistLocation: RemoteCompany: Umbrella BPO & Client CompaniesOverview:As an Outbound Call Specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will engage with warm leads through outbound calls.
You will be responsible for asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification:Conduct outbound calls to warm leadsQualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our servicesAsk qualifying questions to identify potential fitHand off qualified leads to the sales team for further engagementPipeline Management:Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedbackManage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments and tracking progress towards meeting sales goalsUse CRM software to maintain accurate records of all interactions and activitiesCollaboration:Work closely with the sales team and leadership to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsReporting:Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to managementAnalyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvementQualifications:Professional English fluencyMinimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer serviceProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeBachelor's Degree (Nice to have)What We Provide:Full-time (40 hours a week)Location: RemoteCompetitive salary compensation based on experienceTraining and growth opportunities provided by Umbrella BPO and outside entitiesAbility to grow your career and determine your next move at Umbrella BPOWhy Umbrella BPO?Umbrella is a mission-driven company with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
