Outbound Sales Reps at RUI are responsible for contacting existing and new customers regarding upgrades to their Internet services. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.Hours for this position are between 7 am and 6 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Each representative is expected to work four days during the week, and one day on the weekend.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)**- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers- Must be comfortable making outbound calls to upgrade, offer promotions, retain customers, or regain customers.- Deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence potential customers to purchase a product or service- Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem- Solve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customers- General knowledge of company, products, and/or services- Obtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systems- Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow- Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information**Must Haves**:- Sales and customer service experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)- Persuasive, not aggressive- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Excellent communication skills (professional demeanor)- Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self-manage**What we offer**:- Exciting Work Environment- Competitive base pay + lucrative commission (all sales made are guaranteed payout and commissions are uncapped)- Attendance Bonus- Food Vouchers- Paid Training- All employee benefits the law provides- Paid Time-OffPay: $16,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 2 years (preferred)- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
