Outbound Sales Reps at RUI are responsible for contacting existing and new customers regarding upgrades to their Internet services. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Hours for this position are between 7 am and 6 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Each representative is expected to work four days during the week, and one day on the weekend.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)**
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls to upgrade, offer promotions, retain customers, or regain customers.
- Deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
- Solve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customers
- General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
- Obtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systems
- Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
- Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information

**Must Haves**:

- Sales and customer service experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)
- Persuasive, not aggressive
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (professional demeanor)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self-manage

Pay: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 83246, Hermosillo, Son.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
