RUI is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outbound Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a team of Outbound Sales Representatives. Our representatives are responsible for contacting existing and new customers regarding upgrades to their Internet services. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, your team will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve targets related to upgrades, offer promotions, retaining or regaining customers.
- Monitor calls for quality assurance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with management to optimize processes and drive team success.
- Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying trends
- General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
- Obtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systems
- Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Persuasive, not aggressive
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Operation supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
