You will take ownership of complex recruitment assignments, independently managing the end-to-end hiring process for mid to senior-level roles. Leveraging your expertise and data-driven insights, you will refine recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, provide strategic guidance on hiring best practices, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
