Overseas Procurement Specialist

Job responsibilities:
1.
Understand the consumption habits of the Latin American market, have a certain understanding of suppliers, can deeply trace the source of procurement, and look for the possibility of cost reduction

2.
Daily maintenance of market supplier list, timely follow-up of supplier product list, and ensuring that supplier services and product order delivery, quality, and cost meet requirements

3.
Conduct market research on major Latin American countries (Mexico, Chile, etc.
), regularly visit local offline consumer markets in Latin America, and understand supplier resources, services, products, prices, etc.
in relevant regions;
4.
Deeply cultivate procurement categories and output procurement strategies for corresponding categories

5.
Continuously improving the procurement process and methodology, improving efficiency and controlling costs

6.
Maintain good communication and collaboration with colleagues in the company's operations and overseas warehouses.
Qualification:
1.
Undergraduate degree, Chinese or local Chinese residing abroad, Mandarin/English can be used as the working language, with additional points for Spanish

2.
About 1-3 years of work experience, with a certain understanding of the retail consumer industry, preferred has a certain understanding of the Mexican market

3.
Having a certain ability to integrate overseas regional resources and provide corresponding support for business development

4.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills, able to handle business relationships

5.
Expect long-term work and development overseas.
