.Operation: VPC, Finish Vehicle Transportation, Last Mile Logistics, Ports.Scope: All NMEX plants, Dealers, VPC, Ports yards, Border yards.Job Responsibilities:To achieve organization targets and special projects related to logistics and manufacturing operations.Promote and secure the highest quality standards within Finish vehicle transportation.Design and supervise quality control processes to ensure that vehicles comply with established regulations and standards.Implement and maintain quality management systems.Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.Manage the necessary certifications as needed and collaborate with certifying entities.Prepare periodic reports on the performance of quality system and propose improvements.Train employees in quality procedures and standards.Monitor quality team performance and ensure that established procedures are followed.Review dealers suggestions and complaints to identify areas for improvement and ensure their satisfaction.Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve procedures aimed at preserving vehicle quality.Manage dealer relationships.Incorporate new technologies related to improving inspections and quality management.Detect and resolve quality problems in a timely manner to prevent defects from reaching the end customer.Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments to ensure that quality objectives are met.Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and distribution activities.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.Accomplishment of DOA's process.Job Knowledge and Skills:Proven experience in logistics strategy development and optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in logistics software, systems, and new technology.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.Strong attention to detail and the ability to lead high proficient teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proven track record in implementing process improvements and driving continuous improvement.Familiarity with quality management principles.Relevant certifications as a plus.Strategies execution (short and medium term) and decision making focused on the business.Execute annual strategy to achieve WTBC and getting the best results.KPI's definition, implementation & improvement.Analyze logistics data and provide insights to improve decision-making.Years of Experience:3 - 5 yearsEducation/Certifications:Engineering or Bachelor's Degree related (Industrial/ business management or similar) or higher.Previous Work Experience:Logistics knowledge.Budgeting & Finance acumen.CAPEX & OPEX management.APES and new programs management.Purchasing and commercial skills.Process automation.Quality Assurance
