We are currently seeking a self-driven P2P Program Manager with a passion for operational excellence to join the Global P2P Transformation Program Team.
The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end successful delivery of the P2P Transformation Projects managing scope, business benefits, timeline, budget, resources, change & communication, risk & issues, governance and reporting towards key stakeholders.
This position will report directly to the Global P2P Transformation Director.
What will you do: • Establish collaboration opportunities with other functions to ensure overall P2P Transformation project roadmap, priorities and deliverables will be achieved and aligned with the North America Region's priorities.
• Accountable for the North America P2P Transformation roadmap, working closely with the project managers and key business leaders to ensure priorities are in line with the business opportunities, while ensuring the project managers are delivering upon the commitments.
• Project Tracking.
Ensure day-to-day follow up to country projects.
Set pace to review progress.
Provide direction and request action plans when dates are slipping.
Apply PM best practices.
• Manage the Steering Committee for North America and gate reviews at regional and country level.
• Analyze project and transformation strategies, like risk, issues, actions and dependencies and make adjustments with the project managers or other parallel transformations.
• Seek implementation efficiencies to meet or exceed the business objective expectations established at project initiation.
• Enable Customer Focus.
Work to continuously improve the relationship between the P2P Transformation team and its key stakeholders and ensure their support.
Coaching and mentoring project managers and share knowledge of best practices.
• Risk Management.
Identify and classify the risks associated at a country level and at global level.
Propose elimination, mitigation or contention plans.
Follow-up on them on a weekly basis.
• Ensure coordination between all project stakeholders (P2P, finance, AP & Local Business) for the project execution and success.
• Arbitrate in case of escalation, managing with global program team and regional leaders to ensure efficient and effective decision making.
• Establish communication strategy and execute to ensure proper leadership transparency in P2P Transformation progress, challenges, and opportunities.

• Global scope and complex project management experience, 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Engineering.
MBA preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Travel availability, 10% of time (North America) Schedule: Full-time Req: 008YWS
