POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide attention and follow-up to internal and external customers with all what is related to spare parts, accessories, and clothing issues in Mexico.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Update the databases, dashboards that the team requires to operate day to day.
Share the status of orders and materials in transit from distributors in Mexico.
Review the status of internal requirements involving other MD departments.
Support the BossWeb team in reviewing order status and enable SKUs for Mexico.
Review of items with import restrictions in Mexico, to block them and avoid delays in the operation
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Excel Skills
SAP knowledge
Supply Chain experience
Internal and external customer support.
**Education**:
Last semester students
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
