We set the course for technological change and are a highly capable, experienced partner for the automotive industry.The Packaging and Logistics Warehouse Specialist is mainly responsible for assisting in all warehouse operations planning at the physical logistics area in terms of process standardization and administrative activities.Key tasks include:Planning and control of returnable packaging process.Defining and improving warehouse standards.Warehouse 3PL administration.Supporting to maintain acceptable warehouse inventory accuracy.Keeping warehouse KPIs on target and reducing costs.Leading improvement projects inside all physical logistics and within the value streams.Interacting regularly with employees, management, senior management, customers, and suppliers.Also responsible for:Material flow analyses, process confirmation, and system audits to detect and eliminate operational waste.Maximizing the use of logistics tools and resources for considerable improvements on savings and operational process times.Managing physical logistics vendor returns and supporting receiving documentation flow operation onsite (invoices, ASN, etc).Coordinating all OPL audits related to physical logistics completion.Championing logistics quality tools such as 8Ds, 5 Whys, 14 quality principles, ISO, OSHAS, OEA, etc.Working as DSP for the warehouse area and all system-related topics.Coordinating the implementation of actions to achieve the expected Bosch Production System (BPS) levels.Managing returnable packaging loops with customers and suppliers.Controlling cleaning processes for inbound and outbound packaging.Working on quality topics related to all returnable packaging.Optimizing repacking procedures when necessary.Supporting physical logistics leadership on 6S adherence in all packaging storage areas.Education:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.Experience:3+ years of experience in logistics industry, logistics process, and Lean Management knowledge.Technical Skills:ERP (SAP) - Advanced (Desired)Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI) - IntermediateWorking knowledge of warehousing and physical logistics main processes such as receiving, production supply, shipping, etc
