MAIN OBJECTIVE:
Manages assigned categories to ensure that Richs requiremenr delivery,, cost and safety, are met and that Richs Values are maintained throughout the supply base with guidance. Assess, manage, mitigate, and avoid rir assigned category of packaging.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Category Manager to drive value, cost savings, and joint process improvement initiativr assigned categories.
Develops and Negotiates with Logistics Services Suppliers in Mexico.
Assists the Category Manager to coordinate joint SLAs with supplier assigned categories.
Completes varionancial reporting tasks such as volume and pricing analyses, market reporting, contract balance analysis, spend by supplier reporting, quarterly cost standard updates, variance reporting, interpretation nancial information, etc.
Utilizing key supplier metrics, manages consistent service leveom suppliers and engages end-use to develop and manage action plans to address issues; provides daily management of suppliers including order managemenrecasting, pricing, invoicing, inventory levels, and periodic supplier reviews and visits.
Actively works to identify and implement cost savings opportunities including resistance to pricing pressures, joint process improvements, and innovative supplier improvement ideas.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or.
Minimum years in job related Importante empresa and must management and strong knowledge of packaging category od Industry, deep knowledge about corrugated, plastics and impressions.
Be a demonstrated expert on market conditions related to assigned categories, as well as the key macroeconomic influences that drive market priuctuations.
High negotiation and communication skills.
