The R&I Team is looking for a PACKAGING DEVELOPER to continue feeding the pipeline and executing cost saving initiatives both at a preliminary phase and industrially.Main Objectives are:Co-create new Packaging Reformulation/Redesign opportunities to feed productivity pipeline (preliminary study, valorization with business case).Prototype validation at pilot scale.Scale up packaging project opportunities at industrial scale.Follow up of designated projects to launch successfully (on time in full).Co-build the Team Deliverables along the year to capitalize internal strat plan.ABOUT YOUAcademic background: Graduate studies in Engineering (Food, Chemistry, Mechanics or equivalent). Alternative: Industrial Designer.Experience in Packaging development and operations at factory level, problem solving initiatives, project management experience, analytical way of working, supplier development, cross functional interaction and packaging technologies know how.Expertise in different packaging materials:Cup Technologies (FFS, Thermoforming, Injection Molding, Compression forming).Bottles materials and technologies (PET, HDPE, blowing systems ISBM, EBM).Caps and closures.Packing systems (shrink film, corrugated, etc).Minimum previous working experience in the field: 5 years.Ability to coordinate different packaging supplier duties to achieve own projects.Affinity with industrial trials, technical feasibility and industrial floor hurdles.Good Analytical Skills.Good Project Management skills to manage own project agenda with transversal team members.English proficiency (fluent speaking, writing & reading skills).Problem solving.Stage/gate process.Flexibility to travel to other sites or Head Office.Aware of customer and consumer insights.Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety requirements.ABOUT DANONEAt Danone, we work to make a vision a reality: "One Planet, One Health."
