Your responsibilitiesDevelop, inspect, and approve technical data and documents upholding regulatory and GMP standards for packaging changes.Execute and document rigorous validation protocols for components, equipment, and processes within the packaging area.Lead training sessions on new materials, documentation, processes, and procedures for operations personnel.Perform as an interim PTL to cover absences and enhance professional development.Conduct and document factory trials to evaluate new components, ensuring top line performance with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency The experience we're looking forBackground in originating and following standardised work documentation.Experience training colleagues and applying 'train the trainer' concepts.Proven ability to liaise across departments to align on project plans and validation criteria.Record of troubleshooting and overcoming operational issues.Familiarity with the operational challenges and best practises, including a strong grasp of the needs of technical departments' internal customers
