If you are driven by innovation and thrive in collaborative settings, this opportunity is for you.**Your responsibilities**:- Develop, inspect, and approve technical data and documents upholding regulatory and GMP standards for packaging changes.- Execute and document rigorous validation protocols for components, equipment, and processes within the packaging area.- Lead training sessions on new materials, documentation, processes, and procedures for operations personnel.- Perform as an interim PTL to cover absences and enhance professional development.- Conduct and document factory trials to evaluate new components, ensuring top line performance with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency**The experience we're looking for**:- Background in originating and following standardised work documentation.- Proven ability to liaise across departments to align on project plans and validation criteria.- Record of troubleshooting and overcoming operational issues.- Familiarity with the operational challenges and best practises, including a strong grasp of the needs of technical departments' internal customers
