Nationwide immigration law firm dedicated to zealously advocating for the rights of undocumented Latino/a immigrants is seeking a bilingual packet attorney.
Our law firm routinely handles complex immigration issues through the use of family-based petitions, humanitarian visas and employment-based options (chiefly PERM).
**Who are you**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the field of immigration law and have substantial experience with VAWA,601As, and family-based petitions
- Must have an active state license in USA_
- Highly ability of detail orientation and analytical and logical reasoning
- Work independently, without the need to be micro-managed, and can competently execute by investigation issues, researching case law and facts, and asking the right questions to be properly set up
- Client-centric and believe that attorneys should be zealous in nature and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and use the law to help your client achieve the best result possible
- Ambitious and have worked hard for your achievements and are looking for growth opportunities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

**What You will do**:

- Review evidence, files, formats
- Check legal sufficiency.
- Interface with clients when necessary
