The right candidate should be an all-rounder, expected to manage all aspects of a small dive center; from handling reservations at the front desk to assisting the owner directly in operational development to move the company forward in 2025 and 2026.
This role is for a positive, proactive, and adaptable individual who has a mature attitude towards managing a team.
This is generally a dry role, but you will be able to schedule yourself for dive work in place of freelancers when we need extra crew in the water, if you wish.Languages: English and SpanishSalary: Depends on experienceTo start: Immediately, latest April 2025The next step: Short-listed candidates will be contacted for an initial 20-minute informal video call in their second language (English or Spanish) to discuss how it is to live and work in Cabo.
