The Paid Ads Leader achieves this by developing, implementing, and managing paid digital marketing campaigns across various advertising platforms and networks (search, display, social, video) for both B2C and B2B businesses.**The responsibilities**- Develop and implement effective paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.- Formulate and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business and marketing goals (B2C and B2B segments).- Identify and target specific audience segments.- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.- Create compelling and relevant copy that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.- Conduct keyword research to ensure ads are visible to users searching for relevant services and products.- Execute A/B testing.- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance metrics; prepare regular reportsfor stakeholders and management.- Keep up to date with industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and new technologies to ensure campaigns remain effective and innovative.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies and analysts, to ensure seamless integration with marketing initiatives.- Ensure compliance with relevant advertising policies, laws, and regulations to avoid any legal issues or penalties.- Continuously test new strategies, ad formats, and targeting options to identify opportunities for improvement.- Bring the knowledge and insights to the company about consumer needs and requirements related to lending/banking/card online/mobile solution that will maximize customer satisfaction and engagement for Mexico.- Through market analysis, research and monitoring bring the knowledge and insights to the company about online and mobile lending and CEX solutions in existing IPFD markets that allow to shape IPFD's roadmap for Mexico
