As a Senior Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising strategies, maximizing ROI, and enhancing our brand presence in the travel industry.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute advanced paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid ad campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative development, bid management, and ongoing performance monitoring.- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance and relevance.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to make data-driven decisions and optimize ad strategies for maximum results and efficiency.- Utilize advanced targeting options, ad formats, and ad optimization techniques to enhance ad visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid advertising platforms to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and competitive advantage.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and analytics to align ad campaigns with overall business goals, customer needs, and user experience.- Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and reports on ad performance, trends, and optimizations to stakeholders and management.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Paid Ads Specialist, PPC Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, preferably in the travel or tech industry.- Expertise in managing and optimizing complex paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong track record of driving results, ROI, and business growth.- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads features, targeting options, bidding strategies, and campaign structures, along with proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
