This role also involves overseeing strategic sourcing initiatives focused on performance marketing in the Mexican market and identifying local opportunities to create hard-sell and appealing content for potential customers.High English level is a must.Role Responsibilities:- Planning creative tactics based on messages and concepts for performance marketing campaigns.- Collaborating with stakeholders (internal and external) to manage, follow up projects and ensure the production, delivery and review of creative assets.- Creating briefs, organize brainstorming and feedback sessions with agencies to ensure high quality material production and successful performance marketing campaigns.- Upholding high creative quality standards, volume and effectiveness of materials as the gatekeeper of creative strategy.- Prioritizing requests based on business needs with creative agency and keep track of on-going tasks status.- Analyzing consumer patterns and material placement effects to develop new concepts and material iterations that improve the creative strategy.- Mapping out the timeline for upcoming A/B creative tests and upcoming creatives to be delivered for each business (DiDi Préstamos and DiDi Card).Role Qualifications:**Years of Experience**: 2-3 years full time experience**Bachelor's**: Marketing, Communication, Advertising**Soft Skills**:- Creativity- Project management- Team work- Self-driven- Data-driven thinker**Hard Skills**:- Paid marketing campaigns/Performance Marketing/ Marketing /Digital campaigns- Presentation Skills- Project management platforms such as Monday, Asana and Slack
