With a commitment to fostering professional growth and development, we are seeking a candidate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in similar positions.Requirements6 months - 2 years of experience with Google Ads, META Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or a good/strong knowledge.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Communication, Business)Advanced/Conversational English (Mandatory)Living in Guadalajara or nearbyProficiency in MS ExcelHigh attention to detailStrong critical thinking, quantitative analysis and communication skillsDetail oriented with the ability to handle a multi-faceted task listResponsibilitiesYou will contribute to the day-to-day management of Google Ads, Microsoft Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:· Campaign Management and Optimization· Budget Management· Keyword Management· Ad Copy· Ad Extensions· Client Communications What They Offer· A supportive and inclusive work culture· Opportunities for professional development and advancement· Competitive compensation and benefits package
