**Paid Media Buyer** to drive the digital advertising campaign efforts across various platforms. Your expertise in paid media will be pivotal in helping our client expand their brand presence and drive conversions through strategic online advertising.

**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with our client's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as** Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram,** and other relevant digital advertising channels.
- ** Budget Management**: Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- ** Ad Creation**:Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- ** A/B Testing**: Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad performance and landing page effectiveness.
- ** Audience Segmentation**: Utilize audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
- ** Performance Analysis**:Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to enhance search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.
- ** Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign optimizations.
**What You Need**:
- Proven experience in planning and managing paid media campaigns, including **Google Ads** and **social media advertising.**:
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of** A/B testing** and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
- Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, preferred.

- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
