A leading e-commerce company is seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Buyer to elevate its digital advertising efforts. In this role, the Paid Media Buyer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing media buying strategies across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok. This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to creating meaningful customer experiences through expertly crafted media strategies.     Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of paid media, audience targeting, and analytics, ensuring the delivery of high-performing campaigns that drive conversions and meet revenue goals.     This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.    
\n What You'll DoMedia Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).   Plan and manage budgets to maximize ROI on ad spend.    Collaborate with the marketing team to align media buying strategies with overall brand goals and product launches.    Campaign Management:Manage day-to-day campaign setup, execution, and optimization across channels.   Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on campaign performance to improve ROI.    Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, targeting, and formats.    Audience Targeting & Segmentation:Utilize customer data and audience insights to create highly targeted ad campaigns.   Develop custom audiences for retargeting and lookalike campaigns.   Stay updated on platform tools and techniques for precise audience segmentation.    Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).   Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.   Work with analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of media buys and make data-driven adjustments.   Creative Collaboration:Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and videos are aligned with campaign objectives.     Provide feedback on creative assets based on performance and best practices.    Stay updated on trends and platform requirements to optimize creative formats.     Platform Expertise:  Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and new advertising features on Google, Meta, and TikTok.     Test and explore new ad formats and opportunities on emerging platforms.    Budget Management:Manage and allocate the media budget across channels efficiently to maximize ROI.    Monitor spending daily and make adjustments to ensure budget targets are met.     What You NeedProven experience as a Media Buyer, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta advertising, and TikTok Ads, is a must.   Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.    Experience managing multi-channel advertising budgets and optimizing for performance.   Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROAS.   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative and marketing.   Excellent communication and organizational skills.   Experience with e-commerce brands is a must.    Strong history of media buying, preferably with US companies.   Salary & PerksCompetitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position.   The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. Work from home. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST. Additional perks.
