About Our Partner: We're looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to join our partner, a Canadian e-commerce solutions company. They specialize in website design, email marketing, and branding for e-commerce businesses. You'll work on campaigns for clients around the world, helping them reach new audiences and drive sales through strategic paid advertising.

The Role: This remote role (work from anywhere in Latin America) focuses on developing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms. You'll be a key player in achieving our partner's client acquisition and revenue goals.
What You'll Do: Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google, and MetaGenerate creative ad concepts and anglesConduct consumer research, and identify consumer personas for ad targetingMonitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide actionable insightsCollaborate with creative team to design compelling ad creativesStay up to date with industry trends and best practices, to continually improve ad performanceCollaborate with the internal team to ensure a cohesive client experience. It Can Be a Perfect Match If You Meet... 3+ years of experience in paid advertising management, with a strong focus on e-commerce.Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-performing paid media campaigns.In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, etc.), and campaign optimization strategies.Excellent analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on e-commerceStrong interest in the latest digital marketing trends.
