Position Overview: The Paid Media Specialist will develop, manage, and optimize client campaigns across search, social, display, and video advertising platforms.
This role requires significant expertise in managing local B2C service campaigns and tailoring strategies for businesses with modest budgets and focused goals.
A strong understanding of local markets, quality control, and campaign optimization is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Google Advertising: Build, manage, and optimize campaigns using Google Ads, YouTube, and Display platforms.
Implement tailored strategies to achieve campaign-specific goals for local B2C service businesses.
Social Media Advertising: Build & Optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
Collaborate on creative development central to impactful campaigns.
Marketing Strategy & Analysis: Apply insights into human buying behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Develop compelling marketing copy and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimizations.
Quality Control: Ensure campaigns adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
Document and refine processes for campaign creation, monitoring, and analysis.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong experience with Meta Ads and similar platforms.
Proven track record working with local B2C service businesses, managing ad budgets between $1,500$5,000/month.
Strategic thinking with the ability to tailor campaigns to specific goals.
High attention to detail and quality control.
Nice to Haves: Experience with platforms like Microsoft Ads, NextDoor, or programmatic display.
Familiarity with WordPress and Canva for visual content creation.
Background in medical or dental marketing.
