What you'll be doing:
- Own and support paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, campaign execution, and management.
- Support account leads with the day-to-day management of clients and tasks including reporting, pacing, optimizations, campaign execution, etc.
- Ownership of campaign set-up and daily management: audience strategy, testing, optimizations, pacing, and reporting.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage daily and weekly commitments, track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and participate in weekly client calls.
- Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client's success.
- Successfully fulfills the client's strategy by creating deliverables and recommendations.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of related work experience in paid social
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta
