Paint 4 Wet Specialist

In Mexico, we specialize in providing high-quality engineering services to sectors such as Automotive, Energy, Aerospace, Telecommunications, and more.We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled **Paint 4 Wet Specialist** to join our team.The Paint 4 wet color booth Specialist is responsible for coordinating and providing paint processing support during design, installation and launch of the new paint 4 wet process and equipment. The Paint 4 wet Specialist is responsible for assessing spraybooth and paint automated equipment for capability (existing/new model). Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Develop strategy for converting existing processes and launching new models, plus develops automation solutions, layouts and sets system requirements.**Requirements**:Basic Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials- Familiarity with quality standards and specifications for paint finishing- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Requirements:- Experience in the automotive industry- Experience with robotic paint systems**Benefits**Above the law
