Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with KIMx guidelines and uphold the standards established at Plant 3 and Plant 6. You will have the chance to contribute to the enhancement of product quality and innovation in a rapidly evolving industry. This position is a full-time opportunity.ResponsibilitiesManage, control and promote the KPI's/objectives/goals of the department and promote KPI's of KI México.Oversee the implementation of new paint processes within the KI paint lines.Organize capacity information on KI's paint lines for KI management reporting.Propose Paint line optimizations for future capacity growth.Monitor paint quality through inspections, data analysis, and corrective action implementation.Working experience with UV paint application.Specify requirements for a new paint line while working with the manufacturing personal on implementation.Program Fanuc Paintmate robots for both painting operation and material movement operations.Maintain and promote the implementation of 5's in the manufacturing plants.Participate as a key member of RFQ/Team Feasibility Review meetings, as well as DFM (design for manufacturing) meetings.Promote using best practices when designing paint fixtures and masks.Advise management on new developments that may affect profitability, schedule, costs, customer relationships, and/or interdivisional relationships.Prepare and present reports on paint department performance and cost metrics
