****Solicita**:**Paint Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos****PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Support production to avoid missing parts in assembly area.Submit all PPAP documentations required.Create and implement Preventive Maintenance plan & Spare partsAdministrate the Planning in SAPCreate the tooling in SAP.Define the direct Labor requirementDefine the machine requirementDefine the Paint Machine Programation, Fixtures, Hand Tools,takt time / cycle time (balancing and timing for production operations)Create and/or Up-Date the Works instruction.Create FMEADevelop Six Sigma ProjectImplement SMED ProjectBuild the Pilot Run PartsWaste Water Treatment knowledgeTraining personnel and production personnel**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:Bachelor's degree: Chemical or IndustrialUse of advance knowledge in Paint process (E-Coat)Experience in CAD with 3D software (Catia) as a plus Bilingual (80 % English and Spanish), both oral and written Experience in Lean Manufacturing: Material Flow and Kan Ban.Puesto: Ingeniero**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
