Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

Knowledge of powder coating manufacturing process and related systems

Demonstrated understanding of multiple facets of Paint process technologies including:
Cleaning and pre-treatment.

Powder coating process and technologies

Strong knowledge of material substrates and their specific coating requirements

Strong knowledge of chemical properties and controls relating to the Paint process

Knowledge of tooling handling and paint cleaning technologies
