Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-GENERAL SUMMARYLeads the production teams and activities at the paint plan, to achieve strategically operational goals, promotes organizational values to have the proper work environment.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.- 3-5 years at least group leader for operationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS- English 50%- Know-how of products, manufacturing and assembly processes, quality.- Strong Communication and presentation skills.- PC skills- Analytical skills, very good judgment, decision making, negotiation, persuasion, people orientation.- High level of motivation and problem solving.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assure with IE Fabrication team and Production Team that we have the quality and the capacity require for a continuous flawless operation.- Promote good Health & Safety practices and behavior.- Participate at the different phases of new product development.- Ensure a good introduction of new parts to be painted in E-coat and powder coating, assuring safety, quality and productivity.- Rigorous execution of all processes we have.- Manage day to day activities planning set-ups, production schedule attainment, equipment repair and inventory.- Train and Develop the knowledge of his Team.- Promote with his team the organization objectives thru the BRPMS tools.- Ensure that the team keeps the paint plan in a good condition and clean.- Follow up Event Meeting.- Prevent any possible failure to allow the best product for our customer.- Challenge down time on production.- Reduce Waste and Expense in FAB by the implementation of the right follow up.- Keep inform the organization about the production issues.- Performs activities related to safety- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by his superior- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 2015.- Comply with safety rules according to the function.- Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.LI-CD2
