**In your role**:
- You will be responsible for painting aircraft parts and subassemblies.
- You will prepare surfaces to be painted by sanding, steaming, cleaning and conversion coating as required.
- You will coat the parts area as required, painting or stripping with appropriate materials.
- Select and mix the proper paint according to manufacturer's specifications to meet job requirements.
- Assist and/or train others, as needed, in the performance of their duties.
- Maintain order and cleanliness (5's).
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to painting in the aeronautical/automotive area.
- High school, technical career or DGAC license.
- Knowledge of applicable manufacturer's standards and company procedures governing the care and treatment of aluminum.
- Experience with standard paint equipment: paint guns, sanding equipment, double action orbital sander and common hand tools.
- Not be allergic to paint or organic paint components, paint stripper, solvents, primers or other process related products.
- Ability to wear a respirator and PPE related to the area.
- Flexibility in the work area to manage priorities according to production schedules.
- Direct and open communication with team leader and operations leader.
