- Distributes and supervises the activities of the personnel under their charge according to the production schedule in time, quality and quantity according to the standards and specifications of the client.
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures,
- Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods.
- Implementing cost reductions.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques, Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives.
- Requires and determines the inventory of consumables required in the area.
Experiência y requisitos
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish 80%+/- (Preferable)
- Experience in Digital Printing, Lamination, Laser, Zund, Silkscreen, Routing, Distortion, Quality Control, Flatbed Printing.
- Knowledge in phosphatized pretreatment process from 5 to 7 stations
- Experience in products with a high level of masking and placement of caps.
