Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?**ABOUT THE ROLE**Fever is looking for a **Paralegal** to join its global Legal, GRC & Policy Team for a role based in **Mexico City.** We're seeking an open-minded, problem-solver looking to leverage their organisational and project management skills in support of a team where virtually all our work has cross-border impact.As a Fever Paralegal, you will work within the Legal, GRC and Policy Team on various administrative tasks, project support, process management, and legal operations development. The ideal profile for this position will have analytical skills and experience handling challenging tasks, demonstrating critical thinking, with an interest in understanding and adapting new technologies and industry tools to their role.You will provide direct support to the global Legal Team, with a focus on regional support to the Americas, handling administrative and operational tasks including:- Provide administrative support, including file organisation and legal document preparation across different jurisdictions.- Manage and optimise existing tools and processes to optimise team efficiency and efficacy.- Use and maintain tools to track and project progress against legal and business objectives.- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G. HR, finance, insurance, and business operations) to achieve business objectives.- Coordinate relationships with legal services providers.- Upskill, support, and grow other team members.**ABOUT YOU**In order to be successful in this role, you will:- Have 2-4 years experience in administration, secretarial or similar fields. Paralegal and/or legal operations experience is a plus.- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness, empathy, conflict management, and stakeholder/client communication.- Be native/bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.- Have experience working on diverse or international projects, or on international teams.- Have strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to independently work to project deadlines.- Be detail-oriented to ensure that work produced is accurate and error-free.- Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools, experience with legal process tools like Jira, Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus
