DuPont Legal function has an opening of Paralegal based out Polanco - Mexico. As Paralegal you will provide support on specific legal corporate, administrative and internal control matters. This role will also support the Legal LATAM organization and will provide the opportunity to interact with other functions and DuPont's businesses
**Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do**:
- Work closely with the Legal team in Latin America to provide support on specific legal corporate, administrative and internal control matters.
- Coordinate review and payment of invoices of Legal Vendors in Latin America.
- Coordinate Court and out of Court payments.
- Access to SAP and other internal systems for supplier payments and reporting.
- SharePoint update, administration, and upload of documents.
- Coordinate execution and notarization, if required, of various documents.
- Coordinate the Notary work in connection to Power of Attorneys and Corporate documents.
- Creation of new SharePoint areas with IT for the Legal management of documents and information.
- Proofread legal documents in English and Spanish for accuracy and completeness.
- Support to Lawyers and Senior Paralegals in connection to their agreement revisions.
- Regular maintenance of corporations, including preparation of documents relating to annual meetings/proceedings and associated filings.
- Administrative support in connection to meetings, travel arrangements and events organizations and logistics.
- Support on the request and revision of translations.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
- Manage corporate records by updating and maintaining information in our corporate database systems.
- Support preparation of expense reports.
- Coordinate various department needs of the Legal Department.
- Sending and receiving of Legal correspondence.
- Organization of office supplies.
- Photocopies and scanning (scanners) of documents in general.
- Update control spreadsheets / reports.
- Requests and monitoring of various internal and third-party service provision, including courier, notary offices, maintenance, cleaning, computers archives, air conditioning, telephony and Internet, access to systems, digital certificates, etc.
- Coordination of the destruction of confidential documents.
- Consolidation of information to prepare periodic reports of corporate information with different authorities.
- Developing materials, reports and presentations for the Legal team use in meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Law Studies ongoing - ideally end of forth semester.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and impeccable follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good judgment and discretion.
- Superior organizational skills.
